WHAT ARE WE SAYING?
Can I play? We've been asking that question since the moment we wanted to join in a game of football on the playground at school. 20 years later and we're still asking the same question, just in a work environment instead.
The sports industry simply doesn't have enough female role models for other women to see them, and ultimately be inspired to be them. No clear role opportunities, routes in, or information on the skills required. We want to change that.
Can I Play? is a platform dedicated to increasing the number of girls and women who not only want to work in sport, but have a complete understanding of how to achieve it.
Our podcast centres on sharing the journeys of women who work in all corners of sport, aiming to equip, enable and empower women to overcome barriers in pursuit of their dream careers.
It’s not about competing with men, it’s about inspiration, inclusivity and opportunity. The differences make us all stronger.
